What is career coaching?
Merriam Webster defines career as “a profession for which one trains and which is undertaken as a permanent calling,” and to coach as “to instruct, direct, or prompt as a coach.” Putting them together, I would say a career coach intently directs and guides a person in pursuing a calling. My practice focuses on awareness of values, interests and personality as gages in finding fulfilling work that fits current life priorities.
What is VIP Package
The "VIP" package is a 2 session package to complete career assessments and learn more about aligning your career with values, interests, and personality. As an MBTI Master Practitioner, Lisa is skilled in interpreting MBTI results leading to self awareness of how personality type informs career choices.
